Use AI practice to vary a familiar situation after the structured course has supplied the sounds, model phrase, and speaking goal.
Practise your name, where you live, what you do, and one natural follow-up question.
Rehearse short exchanges for cafés, shops, travel, appointments, and everyday services.
Turn familiar vocabulary into connected answers about plans, routines, preferences, and recent events.
Ask someone to repeat, clarify a word, or slow down instead of abandoning the exchange.
What the AI can and cannot tell you
AI Coach Léo may make mistakes. Its responses are generated for the current exchange and are not reviewed course content.
AI Coach works from the text it receives. A voice transcription can be wrong, but that is not an acoustic evaluation or an accent-quality score.
The structured A0-A2 missions, model phrases, sound cues, and pronunciation audio are reviewed first-party course content. Léo adds optional variation.
For high-stakes, sensitive, or unfamiliar wording, verify the answer with a qualified teacher or a trusted reference before relying on it.
AI privacy boundary
Before AI Coach opens, Parle asks you to accept a separate disclosure. If you continue, the messages you type and text transcribed from your voice are sent to DeepSeek, a third-party AI service, to generate replies. The audio recording itself is not included in that AI request.
You can decline and leave AI Coach while continuing to use the reviewed course and sound library.

Léo is optional guided French conversation practice inside Parle. You can type or use voice input, receive a short French reply, and continue a beginner-level exchange.
No. AI Coach does not score your accent. Voice input is transcribed to text for the conversation, so recognition errors can occur and are not a measurement of accent quality.
Yes. AI-generated replies and corrections may make mistakes. Treat Léo as extra practice, not an authoritative source. Reviewed course phrases and pronunciation audio are kept separate.
After you accept the in-App disclosure, messages you type and text transcribed from voice input are sent to DeepSeek to generate replies. The conversation recording itself is not sent in that AI request.
