  • Adam, already at the table

Situation facts

  • La nouvelle joueuse s’appelle Lina.
  • Le joueur à la table s’appelle Adam.

Before you choose

How do the editions differ?

All four books share their French teaching content across the two editions. Choose English or Spanish explanations for the whole bundle. The $9.90 USD price is for one explanation-language bundle; the other edition is a separate purchase.

Do I need the Parle app?

No. All four books are designed for independent study. The Parle app is a separate, optional product.

Are recordings included?

No recordings are included. Written pronunciation activities and scripts support preparation and spoken rehearsal; reading a script does not demonstrate listening comprehension.

Which formats are in the bundle?

On Payhip or Gumroad, each of the four books comes as PDF and reflowable EPUB: four files in each format, with English explanations. Lulu and Leanpub combine the four books in one reflowable EPUB, without PDFs or a ZIP. The main-course PDF in the Payhip/Gumroad bundle has 256 pages; EPUBs have no fixed page count.

What does A0–A2 mean?

A0 is used here for a starting point with no previous study; it is not an official CEFR level. The tasks progress towards A1 and A2 situations. This bundle does not award a qualification or guarantee an exam result.

What is in the sample?

Open the free 24-page main-course PDF sample: it contains complete U01 and U09 and the final challenge C02, with their solutions and models. It does not sample the three companions.

May I print pages?

You may keep a backup copy and print pages for your own study. Redistribution of the files is not permitted.

How are the files delivered?

On Payhip and Gumroad, the main-course PDF and EPUB are separate downloads. The companion ZIP contains the three additional books in both formats and a study guide. Lulu and Leanpub supply one combined four-book EPUB. Follow the access instructions from the store you choose.
